Our Instructors

Pantelis Karonias
Pantelis Karonias BSc FCCA ADIT has a BSc in Accounting from the University of Cyprus, and during his studies he was awarded with many distinctions including the First Prize for the best academic performance.   He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and he is a holder of the Advance Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT Qualification) which is awarded by the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is also a Certified Trainer of Vocational Training by the HRDA. Pantelis has over 17 years of experience in Cyprus Taxation, UK Taxation, International Taxation and EU VAT. He is also an examiner for a Global Professional Body. Pantelis is also an accomplished and well experienced lecturer. He lectures taxation for the papers of ACCA, ACA and he has also presented various in-house and open seminars concerning taxation with emphasis on international taxation, tax planning and VAT.
Anna Maria Vassiliades
Annamaria Vassiliades joined Christodoulos G. Vassiliades & Co LLC in September 2015. She is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and Managing Associate lawyer in the Corporate Department of the firm. Annamaria’s expertise includes corporate and commercial, specialising in UK, Cyprus and Offshore company formations, shareholder agreements and non-disclosure agreements and has advised entrepreneurs and businesses mainly from the CIS region, particularly Russia and Ukraine. She has also assisted in a number of significant corporate transactions and corporate restructurings both in the UK and in CIS countries. Annamaria has an LLB Law degree from the University of Buckingham, an LLM from University College London and an LPC Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Law (London Moorgate) where she studied her Legal Practice Course. Languages: Greek (mother-tongue), English, French and has basic knowledge of Spanish and is currently learning Russian.
Eleni Sofocleous
Eleni Sofocleous joined InterTaxAudit in January 2020. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and she is a holder of a BSc with First Class Honours in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton (UK). During her studies she was awarded with the UK Inland Revenue Tax Prize. She has more than 18 years of tax experience in a big-4 accounting firm. She has extensive exposure to international multinational companies, including structuring of conglomerate international groups, consisting mainly of high-profile transportation and logistics groups, shipping groups and oil & gas groups, and leading due diligence projects of M&A. In her previous position, she has played an instrumental role in the establishment and growth of the tax department where she was leading a significant portfolio. Eleni is also well experienced presenter and has attended various conferences and workshops (both in Cyprus and abroad). She has presented numerous open and in-house seminars concerning taxation, with emphasis in Advanced International Structuring and Tax for Shipping, as well as development of soft skills and leading teams courses. Eleni is a member of the Shipping Committee of The Institute of Certified Chartered Accountants (ICPAC).
Panicos Charalambous
Panicos is a Qualified Accountant and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) of the UK. Panicos was elected as member of the Council of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) in 2004 (Vice President in 2011) where he served until 2016. He is the Managing Director of PKC Quality Training & Consulting Ltd offering training & technical support in IFRS and auditing to various audit & accounting firms in Cyprus & abroad. He was a Partner at Baker Tilly Cyprus (2003- 2016), served as the engagement partner for IFRS audits in financial, commercial and industrial sectors (selected engagements include IFRS conversion of Greek companies, IFRS implementation support for companies in Greece, Romania & Bulgaria, valuation & due diligence assignments etc.). Panicos specialises in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and he has delivered IFRS trainings in Cyprus, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Oman and other countries
Karina Spitaliotis
Mrs. Karina Spitaliotis has a vast experience in accounting and audit working in a profession for the past 12 years. She is currently a Tax Manager at InterTaxAudit Auditors & Consultants Limited, specialising among other areas, on the personal taxation and tax matters of individuals i.e. Cyprus tax residency, Non-Dom, tax planning on the personal level etc. Karina received her ACCA degree from Cyprus College (now European University Cyprus). She is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Kyriakos Hadjikyriakos
Mr. Kyriakos Hadjikyriakou holds a BCs in Economics and Finance from the Athens University of Economic and Business. Since 2017, he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Cyprus.
